AllAbility Recruiting was formed by two people who have a passion for the disability community and realized the need for a strong recruitment firm that is focused on the customer experience. The disability community is the largest minority group in the world. We continue to see how this group is not being properly represented. We want to provide a seat at the table.

Disabilities come in all shapes and forms, invisible to visible. We are here to advocate for all of you. Bring your talents, bring your passion, and let’s show the world what we can do.

Like so many of you, this is personal to our family. We truly want to make a difference in the lives of our candidates, clients, and the Charlotte community. While we can not change the world, we can hopefully change lives one placement at a time. This cause is bigger than us. Let’s together truly make a difference!
